PT. ITC Auto Multi Finance, known also by the IAF Multi Finance is a finance company who take shelter in the ITOCHU Group, which was originally named PT. ITC Multi Adira Finance. since October 3, 2002 which is the result of the acquisition of PT. Alfi Kurnia Prime Finance with a change of ownership of shares 100% by ITOCHU Group on May 12, 2005. The company was founded with an initial capital of Rp. 100 000 000 000, – (100,000 shares with a value per share of Rp 1.000.000, -) with ownership of 85% of shares currently held by ITOCHU Corporation (Japan) and 15% by PT. ITOCHU Indonesia. IAF Multi Finance is currently engaged in the business of Consumer Finance, Leasing and Factoring with priority on new cars Isuzu vehicles and heavy equipment HITACHI than used car financing.
